In 1991, Anthony Lower wrote a letter to the editors of the New Titans comic, comparing the character of Raven to Stevie Nicks. The letter was published in the back of New Titans, issue #74. Randy Ham read the letter in the Green Room of the Permian Playhouse as he was rehearsing ‘The Velveteen Rabbit,’ (playing the critical role of Toy Soldier #2). Randy raced home and wrote Anthony back. As they shared letters back and forth, Randy and Anthony discussed their love of Stevie Nicks and her music. 25 years later, they are still best friends, even though they live half a continent apart.
